Please make sure:• Your skin is healthy and free from irritation, breakouts, sunburn or open wounds around the brow area• You avoid retinol, tretinoin, exfoliating acids and other strong active skincare products around the brows before your appointment• You avoid brow waxing, tinting, lamination and other brow treatments for at least 1 week before your appointment• You avoid brow growth serums at least 4 weeks before your appointment• You allow at least 2 weeks between Botox or other cosmetic injectable treatments around the forehead or brows and your appointment• You contact K.CO in advance if you take medication that may affect bleeding or healingDo not stop or change prescription medication without medical advice.Full preparation instructions are included in your booking confirmation.

Eyebrow tattooing cannot be performed if:• You are pregnant• You are currently taking isotretinoin (Accutane) or have taken it within the past 12 months• You have an active infection, open wound or significant irritation around the brow area• Your skin around the brows is sunburnt, irritated or actively peelingPlease seek medical advice before booking if:• You are breastfeeding• You have a medical condition that may affect healing, bleeding or your immune system• You are undergoing medical treatment• You take prescription medication that may affect healing or bleedingMedical clearance may be required before treatment.PREVIOUS BROW TATTOOINGIf you have previous eyebrow tattooing or microblading that is still visible, please upload clear photos of your brows through our Consultation Form so we can assess whether a new treatment is suitable.SCARRING & SKIN CONDITIONSIf you have a history of problematic scarring or keloids, or a skin condition affecting the brow area such as eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis, please include these details in your Consultation Form.

The first 1–2 weeks are when your brows need the most care. A thin layer of scabbing will form as the skin heals, making the brows appear darker at first. As the scabs begin to flake away, the colour may look patchy or uneven. This is a normal part of the healing process.During the initial healing period:Avoid getting your brows wet, except when gently cleansing as instructedAvoid sweating, including exercise, saunas and hot yogaKeep your brows protected from direct sun exposureApply only the aftercare cream provided in your aftercare kitDo not apply makeup, skincare products or other creams to the treated areaDo not touch, pick, scratch or peel any scabs or flaking skin. Allow them to fall off naturallyOnce all scabs have naturally fallen away, usually within 1–2 weeks, you can gradually return to your normal routine.Avoid retinoids, active skincare ingredients, chemical peels and other exfoliating treatments around the brow area for at least 4 weeks after your appointment.Full aftercare instructions are provided after your treatment.
